What is kept#
- For each reader: the address, the lists, the state (pending, active, unsubscribed, suppressed) and the consent log.
- For each issue: its versions, the approval and the sends with their delivery states.
Taking it with you#
- Readers can download their own data.
- You can make a signed one-time export of your readers.
Erasing#
Erase a reader for good from the readers screen. The address stays on the suppression list so that it is never mailed or imported again.
