Schedule it, then watch it.
Pick a time and the send goes out then. Each mail gets a delivery state: delivered, bounced or complained. Bounced and complained addresses are suppressed and never mailed again.

what happened to each mail
It stops before it does harm.
If complaints pass 0.1 % of a send, the send pauses itself. A kill switch stops all sending at once. Your own sending domain is checked for SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and the check tells you which record to add.
