# Writing an issue

> Write a Geenius Newsletter issue: start from the template, write sections, preview it and send a recorded test to your own address.

An issue is one mail to one or more lists of a publication.

1. Start a draft from the template.
2. Write the subject, the preheader and the sections. The draft saves itself.
3. Preview it as a reader will see it.
4. Send a test to your own address. The test is recorded.
